WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?
A: 12-month lease agreements are available.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
A: Yes, there is free, open parking available.

IS THE BUILDING SMOKE-FREE?
A: No.

WHAT COMMUNITY AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS?
A: Community amenities include a: outdoor sparkling swimming pool, 2 playground areas, Business Center, on-site soccer field, basketball court, community library, car care center, gated entrance and more!

WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED?
A: 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

CAN I TOUR THE APARTMENTS OR SEE A MODEL UNIT?
A: Floor plans and photos are available on the website. You may also call to schedule a tour of our community. If an apartment is available to show, we will show at that time.

WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?
A: Village at Delray is a cat friendly community! (Sorry, no dogs). Please call for more details.

CAN STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR RESIDENCY?
A: In general, full-time students are not eligible. Full-time students are permitted if there is at least one part-time student or non-student leaseholder. However, there are some exceptions to this, so please call for more details.
Some common exceptions include:
- Single parent with dependent(s)
- Married students
- Recipients of public assistance (not section 8)

IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED?
A: No.

WHEN DO APARTMENTS BECOME AVAILABLE?
A: Availability dates and move-in dates are dependent upon current residents giving a notice to move out.

ARE THERE OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS?
A: A maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is permitted.
- 1 Bedroom: 2 Occupants
- 2 Bedroom: 4 Occupants
- 3 Bedroom: 6 Occupants

WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
A: Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. The resident is responsible for electricity, cable, telephone and Internet.

HOW DO I INCOME QUALIFY?
A: Applicants must meet the following income qualifications:
The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third-party verification will be required of all income, and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required.

Traditions Apartments participates in an affordable housing program. Household income & student status limitations apply. Total household income must be under the following limits based on household size:
- 1 Occupant: $44,040
- 2 Occupants: $50,340
- 3 Occupants: $56,640
- 4 Occupants: $62,880
- 5 Occupants: $67,920
- 6 Occupants: $72,960

WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE APARTMENTS?
A: Available apartment amenities include a: stackable washer & dryer, open & spacious floor plans, refrigerator with ice machine, electric range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, central air-conditioning, ceramic tile flooring & more!
